Telewizja Polska S.A. has been broadcasting a series of programmes called „Ktokolwiek widział, ktokolwiek wie” since September 1, 1996 ( up until now, 124 episodes of the above mentioned programme have been created and broadcast in cooperation with “Euromedia Ltd. Sp. z o.o”. The contractor who submitted the tender application, created and owns the exclusive rights to the original concept, as well as the background offices ( runs the Office, which in cooperation with the Police, files the cases mentioned in the programme). The programme is conditioned to produce the above mentioned show retaining the highest responsibility and the unique and individual character. The series “Ktokolwiek widział, ktokolwiek wie”, aired by Channel 1 of the Polish Television, as well as by TVP Polonia for the past 8 years helped find many missing persons. It has its own multi-million audience ( average ratings – 6%, shares reach 25%).
