Resides in Poganice ( province of pomorskie). He was reported missing on March 30, 1999. He was 16.
Lukasz had a difficult situation at home, his father was abusive towards the family. the boy often escaped from home, missed out on school. He was placed in a children's shelter, and after in juvenile detention in Sliwin. he escaped and no one has seen him since.
